All our deliveries ships from our local warehouses in the US. This provides us with fast ship times and multiple locations from which we can supply products. Our shipping rates are based upon rates provided by FedEx/USPS and are calculated based upon quantity and your requested shipment speed to your address & country. Higher rates apply to Hawaii, Alaska, APO and international destinations. Shipping time is 4 – 8 working days and 3 day processing time. Please Note: On some items, we are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, Most orders arrive within a week. Our primary couriers are UPS and FedEx. Please note additional fees may be charged where you require an address redirect once an item is in the hands of a carrier ($20 per redirect). Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all shipping address details.
All orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the product back to the address below in its original packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned product. Within the US and UK we can provide a return label. There will be an additional $ 5.95 USD deduction from the refund, for label usage. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. Also, we understand customers must open items before determining if they like it. As long as the item is not used in excess, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.
Damage Claims
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Tops notes of violet leaf and grapefruit introduce wearers to a sweet, tangy experience, which is mellowed out by nutmeg, sage and cedar. Sandalwood and vetiver make up the base notes, and provide a spicy woodiness to the mixture.
